Following their relocation to new offices, the Kier Wallis Group awarded Goody Demolition with the contract to demolish their existing headquarters at the Broadmead Works Site in Maidstone. The soft strip and reclamation of the interiors was followed by the demolition of multiple timber and steel framed buildings, which included steelwork and asbestos removal. Redundant oil tanks were removed along with any contaminated soil. All concrete hard standings and car parks were broken up and crushed before removal from site.
