Goody Demolition were contracted to carry out all the Demolition works at Ashdown House, Hastings on behalf of Chartway Partnerships. They achieved all the required targets/programme dates in a good timely manner and were both well organised & very professional. Both the Contracts Manager & Site Supervisor were excellent and ensured they worked to the highest safety standards. Goody Demolition were employed to carry the extensive demolition works to the Grade 2 listed buildings at the Ashford International Studios project at Newtown Works Ashford. Their experience and professionalism in this type of sensitive work was invaluable and coupled with their associated (sister) companies we were able to deal with the inevitable challenges of a project of this nature. This included extensive close interaction with the Local Planning Authority, English Heritage, and the Archaeologists to ensure the project moved forward effectively. This was only achievable by the excellent work of their Contracts Manager & Site Supervisor, who also ensured that all work was carried out to the highest safety standards.
