We are accredited members of the National Federation of Demolition Contractors (NFDC) and the National Demolition Training Group (NDTG), and are certified to ISO 14001 (environmental management), ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 45001 (health & safety management) as well as all the key SSIP and PAS91 safety standards. We strive to be the ‘go to’ company for demolition services across the South East of England and beyond and take our responsibilities very seriously, particularly with regards to health & safety. Our extensive modern fleet and wide range of plant and equipment are all well maintained and serviced. We can provide a 24/7 service where required and have robust contingency plans, ensuring we can deliver a successful project whatever conditions or challenges we face.

Our professional service follows a clear methodology, mitigates against noise, dust and vibration, whilst allowing the flexibility to follow the sequencing of your project and provide innovative solutions to the challenges you face. We are practiced in removing hazardous products and materials including fuel tanks and asbestos and organising route closures and diversions where needed. We have worked alongside live railways and train stations, gas mains and schools, Sites of Specific Scientific Interest and in other sensitive locations

We recognise the impacts our operations can have on surrounding businesses, neighbours and the general public, and are a considerate contractor. We work to reduce noise, dust, pollution and vibration wherever we can and are meticulous about adhering to working hour restrictions. We are currently driving to have all contracts registered with the Considerate Contractors Scheme to demonstrate our commitment to minimising complaints and maximising liaison with those who might be impacted by our work. Our initial drive for this has been a successful one, with multiple Local Authority projects registered with CCS and achieving “Good” or better results on reports from audits carried out.

The Sherwood Close Estate, also known as Dean Gardens, is in West Ealing, London, in the Walpole ward. The estate was built in the 1970s and consisted of 209 homes. A 2008 Estates review revealed that Sherwood Close needed significant upgrades to meet the government's Decent Homes standard.

Simon Langton Girls Grammar School

Kier Construction were seeking to appoint a competent demolition contractor to demolish the redundant school buildings following the construction of the modern updated teaching block and sports hall. Goody Demolition were employed as a specialist subcontractor to work on the site, under the auspices of Kier acting as Principal Contractor, to dismantle the old structures and leave the site flat and secure.
Wye College

Wye College

Proposed by developer Telereal Trillium, the housing scheme at the former Wye College campus will consist of 38 new homes, formed from the conversion of part of the campus through restoration and alterations. Telereal Trillium purchased the site from its former owners, Imperial College of London, in 2015 and have since secured planning permission for the housing development.
